However, within an hour of my Vizsla chewing on it, she had already bitten off and unfortunately swallowed several of the fringes. The center of the rope also began to unravel. This toy may be suitable for smaller dogs or those that aren’t aggressive chewers, but I wouldn’t recommend it for large dogs or heavy chewers. Additionally, while it may measure 14 inches before being knotted at the ends, the total length is shorter than advertised.
